Our company started in 1957 manufacturing pads and boxes for the jewellery trade. By 1964 we were operating at least five blocking machines and agreed to make our own machines. Our machines our easy to feed and operate with more than 1,500 impressions per hour. In 1961 the founder of the Company saw the need for a compact roll to roll measuring machine. Being mechanically minded, he designed a machine for himself; building it in his garden shed. Many were impressed, and enquired as to where they could purchase one - only to be told it was home-made! Three more textile machines were completed for friends in the trade incorporating several design improvements. His first ever machine was born and his textile machines business continued to grow.
