We have over 20 years experience in designing, baking and decorating wedding and special occasion cakes. We find sugar, in all its forms, a wonderful medium to work with, bringing out our artistic talents in modelling, painting, brush embroidery and all the various types of piping. We can both model and paint from photographs. We are a qualified caterer (IMA) and have spent several years teaching at local colleges of further education and courses from home. We are based near Frome in Somerset, UK and we cover a broad area. We are members of the National Guild of Professional Wedding Services.
