We produce high quality coiled suspension springs in small batch sizes, from 1 off, guaranteed not to set, accurate on design rate to +/- 2.5%, is the type of work we specialise in. Using -735A50 chrome vanadium and silicon chrome 635A55 (cold coiled), the springs are formed to dimensional tolerances within BS1726 Class A. The complete range of heat treatment processes i.e. hardening, quenching and tempering, are all digitally controlled to ensure the correct hardness is achieved. Full shot peening, pre-setting and load testing ensure a long and fatigue free life. We offer a wide range of powder coated gloss colours for a more attractive finish. We specialise in prototypes and in short run production to get projects moving. We have an enviable reputation for producing accurate prototypes in both wire and flat materials to very tight deadlines. We not only specialise in prototypes but can handle volumes especially on wire springs thanks to our investment in some of the fastest coiling machines in the world. We have an extremely diverse client base which includes some of the largest companies in the world who use us for their prototyping and development projects. The Company has the manufacturing ability to produce a wide range of spring related products. We work either from drawings or a sample of the product required and have the capability to work in wire sizes ranging from 0.1mm to 19.05mm. Our employees have many years experience in the spring trade and together with our design facility we can offer a complete service in the development of springs for a new product. No job is too small as we have experienced craftsmen who have retained the hand skills for low volume orders.

We also manufacture and distribute a range of standard products, offering off-the-shelf delivery. This range includes circlips, hose clamps, tool clips, retaining pins and linch pins, push on fasteners, spring washers and split key rings.

We are located in a modern factory complex at Wokingham in Berkshire. From here we service industry, not only in the United Kingdom but into Europe and beyond. We have many of the latest computer controlled and computer aided coiling and generating machines, which give us the edge on both quality and price.
