We produce several million bread products every week for delivery to a wide variety of food service and export customers. Our bakery continues to build upon its heritage and offers quality high specification sandwich and other bread products for the fast food industry. It is in the process of becoming the one stop shop for sandwich makers, by developing a broad range of products. The business is totally focused on foodservice and has a strong innovative edge. We have the expertise and equipment to make and distribute bespoke, customer specific products and, unlike many plant bakers, our sandwich bread is designed for the market rather than just being an adaptation of retail bread.
