Heat sealing is a simple technology but when combined with advanced pack handling techniques provides a highly effective and flexible packaging solution. A wide range of packaging materials can be heat sealed to suit a variety of applications including modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). Our machines are designed to withstand the rigors of the modern food manufacturing environment. Stainless steel components, machine beds and guarding as well as an IP65 rating are incorporated for hygiene and ease of cleaning. Simple to use touch screen menus are designed for unskilled operators and all equipment is CE marked. Our machines are designed to seal blister packs as well as pre-formed containers. Our range is designed to comply with FDA validation requirements. Our ranges of machines are available to suit the requirements of the cosmetics sector including blister pack sealers and small pot fillers and sealers.
