Originally formed in 1982 to act as purchasing agents and consultants to the electronics industry providing either contract staff or procurement services to satisfy the customers needs. Besides offering a purchase and kitting facility working to the customers Bill of Materials we were also able to operate as the Purchasing Office for our clients. A major development of the Company took place in 1991 when a manufacturing division was established to provide a contract manufacturing service for both existing and new customers.
