From a small locksmith shop founded in Willenhall in 1889, we have grown into a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of locking devices for OEM applications. Our product range has expanded to include cam locks, lever locks, pin tumbler locks, switch locks, furniture locks, budget locks, special purpose locks and many more. They are all designed and manufactured with precision by our dedicated team of 750 people. Every year we now produce over 20 million locks, which are used in an extraordinary range of applications: desks to dustbins, roof racks to washrooms, fire alarms to street furniture, telephones to vending machines, water meters to wheel clamps, computers to petrol pumps. Over a century of continuous growth and development means the group has come a long way from the handcrafted locks in brass and gunmetal made by our founders. Their commitment and attention to detail, and the family atmosphere they fostered, remain very much part of the business today.
