Our company is a wholesale bakery based in Rugby, Warwickshire, founded in 1989. We currently supply a wide range of bakery products to shops, caterers, schools and colleges, sandwich producers, canteens, hotels, catering vans and public houses, etc. Deliveries are made during the morning, six days a week, from Monday through to Saturday. Wholesale orders can also be collected from the bakery. Initially, the bakery had one retail outlet on a run down estate and very little wholesale trade. Our founder baked, packed and delivered all the products himself. Over the following years the retail outlet was sold as more and more customers were taken on and the bakery became totally wholesale. This meant that two people were employed, a baker and a driver. From then on the bakery has expanded from one unit to four units employing twenty staff and using five vans for deliveries to a twenty mile radius.
