Our company was first established in 1938 as a small family business selling eggs. After 30 years the company was acquired by Dalgety as part of their portfolio and an outlet for their products. Since then Dalgety carried out a series of expansion programmes which lead to the aquisition of two UK egg processing companies in 1997 and the formation of our group.
