Our company was first established in 1938 as a small family business selling eggs. After 30 years the company was acquired by Dalgety as part of their portfolio and an outlet for their products. Since then Dalgety carried out a series of expansion programmes which lead to the aquisition of two UK egg processing companies in 1997 and the formation of our group.

Hand made to a unique recipe, the soft cheese balls are immersed in sunflower oil with fresh garlic, herbs and red peppercorns resulting in a delicate, gentle flavour with a creamy finish. The cheese balls are naturally made using no artificial additives or preservatives.

Just days after sweeping the cheese board in the World Cheese Awards, we have picked up a further five awards in the Cheshire Cheese Show. At the Cheshire Cheese Show the Yorkshire company was named Reserve Supreme Champion for its Traditional Wensleydale. It also won a gold medal for its Traditional Wensleydale; two silver awards for its Double Gloucester and Goats Milk Wensleydale and a bronze for its Traditional Red Leicester. The latest accolades add to the awards recently achieved at the World Cheese Awards, when we were presented with a special trophy for the Best English Cheese for its Traditional Wensleydale.
