Our Quality Procedures and Systems are registered and approved to ISO 9002. Traditional forging skills, such as hammer work on chisels and drop stamp forging of cutting blades are complemented by precision CNC machining of tools, ranging from small tools for electrically operated hammer drills to large, boom-mounted hydraulic breakers. All manufacturing operations are carried out in house, be it heat treatment in the high technology fluidised bed hardening and carburising furnaces, or the manufacture of tooling and dies required in the many forging operations. Finally, care is taken in the surface preparation and lacquering operations prior to packing and despatch, to ensure that the appearance of the product reflects the quality inherent within it.
