Chemical manufacture came to our site in 1976. Before this time the site had had a number of uses including carpet manufacture. Current staffing level is around 70 with the emphasis on manufacturing personnel. (Regulatory) compliance needs are not neglected). Peak demands can be catered for with temporary labour. This is used only in the packaging department. Current turnover is around Ј10M. As most of the work is contract raw materials costs do not make a significant contribution to this figure.

We were established 25 years ago to buy and sell high quality reusable equipment and complete plants to the process industries. Since then the company has grown into one of the largest companies worldwide supplying the chemical, petrochemical, plastics, pharmaceutical, food, dairy, powder handling and power generation industries.

In conjunction with our international principals we provide a comprehensive range of high quality process plant equipment, from standard distillation trays, packings and tower internals to the highest efficiency gas/liquid separators and mist eliminators. We also provide in-house design and feasibility studies for most chemical absorption, distillation, stripping and mist elimination applications. We are the approved agents in the U.K. for Chemplast Marc Etter (Pty) Ltd, Begg Cousland and Co as well as Kevin Enterprises.

We were formed in 1989. We are situated in a 9,000 square foot building on one of the largest business parks in Warrington, and are within easy reach of Manchester Airport and both the M6 and M62 motorways. Producing a large range of equipment for the surface coatings and associated industries, we employ over forty people at Warrington, with sister companies in America and Japan as well as agents and distributors throughout the rest of the world.
